Davide Barzazzi was born in Venice in 1964.
He his patented PADI Assistant Instructor and TSA Instructor of
Underwater Photography.
Member of the historical Sub San Marco Diving Club of Venice, he dedicated himself to Underwater
Photography since the year 2000, and between 2005 and 2008 he won some of the most important national and international
contests of underwater photography
In 2006 and 2007 he organized the National Contest of Underwater
Photography at Giglio Island (Tuscany) and starting from 2008 he is the
chairman and organizing director of the International Contest of Underwater
Photography “ABISSI – City of Venice”.
He collaborated as a free lance with the magazine Fotografare and
Almanacco
His works have been published on Scubaportal Calendar 2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009, MondoSommerso magazine and Bollicine.
He is one of the founders of the Association 12Scatti, that publishes the “Below” Calendar. The sale of the Below Calendar for benefit purposes made possible the construction of around 40 wells for the fresh water in Burkina Faso.
During these years he has been diving around Mediterranean Sea, Brasil, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Maldives, Mexico, Red Sea, South Africa, Sultanate of Oman.
