Born in Bari in 1965.
He currently resides in the province of Bari in Valenzano Work for Macchingraf Ltd. as a technician in the field of electronic prepress and color.
He obtained his first patent diver in 1981, is now an instructor CMAS 2 star instructor and underwater photography.
Traveling and photographing in this spirit visits the most interesting corners of our globe, but his passion is the "Mare Nostrum" and in particular the depths of his beloved Puglia to whom he dedicates the most hours of immersion.
Awarded to the most prestigious national and international competitions, including the International Biennial of Lugano, international competition

He constantly collaborates with the Aquarium and Oceanographic Museum of the Province of Bari, with the Foundation of Taranto Admiral Michelagnoli and magazines.
In 2008 he produced the project @DI, a way to communicate and share the passion for the sea in Puglia.
Currently, he produces images with a Nikon D700 digital cameras with optical Micro Nikkor 60mm and 105mm Micro Nikkor macro for all photographs, Nikkor 17-35mm, and 16mm Nikkor 10.5 fisheye for close-up pictures and the environment.
The impeccable quality and safety of such equipment is assigned to the
enclosures Nauticam, while the wonderful world of color has been made visible
by the flashes of the Inon Z-240 and 50 of Isolux Isotecnic Carbolight line
with arms.

Giuseppe Pignataro

Nato a Bari nel 1965.
Attualmente risiede a Valenzano in provincia di Bari.
Lavora per la Macchingraf srl in qualità di tecnico elettronico nel campo del prepress e colore .
Consegue il suo primo brevetto subacqueo nel 1981, oggi è istruttore 2 stelle CMAS ed istruttore di fotografia subacquea.
Viaggiare e fotografare, in questo spirito visita gli angoli più interessanti del nostro globo ma la sua grande passione è il “Mare Nostrum” ed in particolare i fondali della sua amata Puglia ai quali dedica la maggior parte delle ore di immersione.
Premiato ai più prestigiosi concorsi nazionali ed internazionali, tra cui Biennale internazionale di Lugano, concorso internazionale Vodan (Slovenia), concorso internazionale Image 99 (Birmingham), Festival internazionale Marmara (Turchia) e 30° Festival internazionale della fotografia subacquea di Antibes “sez. Malacologia”.
Dal 1997 al 2000 fa parte della Nazionale Italiana di fotografia subacquea.
Campione italiano a squadre nel 1995.
Documenta il mare in tutte le sue molteplici forme spaziando dalla fotografia ambiente a quella macro con una predilezione per quest’ultima.
Realizza immagini in cui l’esaltazione dei colori unita ad una attenta, continua e personale ricerca compositiva, offrono una suggestiva visione del mondo marino.
Dal 1990 pubblica calendari grazie alla collaborazione con le  più rinomate aziende Grafiche.
Collabora costantemente con l’Acquario ed il Museo Oceanografico della Provincia di Bari, con la Fondazione Ammiraglio  Michelagnoli di Taranto e con riviste di settore.
Nel 2008 realizza il progetto @DI,  un modo per comunicare e condividere la passione per il mare in terra di Puglia.
Attualmente realizza immagini con apparecchi fotografici digitali Nikon D700 con ottiche Micro Nikkor 60mm e Micro Nikkor 105mm per tutte le fotografie macro, Nikkor 17-35mm, Nikkor 10,5 e 16mm fisheye per fotografie ravvicinate ed ambiente.
L’ineccepibile qualità e sicurezza di tali apparecchiature è affidato alle custodie Nauticam, mentre il meraviglioso mondo di colore è stato reso visibile dai  flash  Z 240 della Inon e Isolux 50 della Isotecnic con braccetti della linea Carbolight.
